Leprous - Tall Poppy Syndrome
With a long list of influences including Chopin, Seal and Porcupine Tree, this experimental progressive metal band out of Norway should offer an interesting listening experience unlike anything that has come before it. The Leprous MySpace offers some song samples.
The Aurora Project - Shadow Border
After a well received first album, The Aurora Project lost one record label and gained a great one in Sensory. Similar in some ways to Porcupine Tree and Riverside, the band already has a pretty impressive history, with two invites to ProgPower Europe. Samples can be found on the Aurora Project MySpace Page.
